- Ad hoc requirements / emergencies: Whether a contamination event or a new facility, RBDS can respond rapidly for a one off bio-decontamination to reset your environmental bio-burden.
- Regular bio-decontaminations: RBDS can provide significant savings when switching between production runs or following maintenance periods. Longer term contracts allow efficiency and cost to be optimized. Equally, RBDS can be used as a rotational sporicide to help with Annex 1 compliance.
- Dedicated response: As part of your contamination control strategy, and to help compliance with GMP Annex 1, we will compile dedicated facility recovery plans, known response times / results and regular preparedness meetings. Dedicated equipment can be placed on your site to ensure rapid response.

Reporting and Confirmation

That’s why Bioquell’s RBDS provides a complete final report confirming a 6-log kill of the spaces and surfaces we’ve treated for you with the use of biological and chemical indicators. The report includes detailed cycle parameters and graphs, environmental conditions recorded, incubation records of the biological indicators, maps showing the placement of all equipment and indicators, equipment calibration information, and certificates of analysis for all consumables used.
